Tell us about your device and how it is misbehaving. We reply with a quote before any work begins. The diagnostic is $65, and it comes off your total in full if you go ahead with the repair. Nothing is charged if we decline the job or refer it out.

🏪 Dropping it off

Drop-off is by arrangement rather than a walk-in counter. Send the form first and we will agree a time inside shop hours and confirm where to meet.

🏠 House calls

Some jobs are easier if we come to you, like a desktop that will not move or a home network problem. We cover the Piedmont Triad: Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point.

$149 covers the trip and the first hour on site, then $125 an hour. The radius is 25 miles from High Point 27265. Past that it is $1 a mile, counted both ways, and you get the number before we set off.
