Enter the ticket number from your confirmation and the email address you used on the repair request. Both together, or it will not open.

🔑 Why we ask for both

A ticket number is six digits. Six digits is a million values, which is a weekend's work for a script, so the number on its own is treated as a label and never as a password. The email address on the repair is the second half of the key.

If the two do not match we give exactly the same answer whether the number is wrong or the email is. That is deliberate. It means this page cannot be used to work out whose repairs exist.

📝 Lost the number?

It is in the confirmation you saw right after sending the form. If it has gone, get in touch and we will find the repair from your name and device rather than from the number.

⌛ What the statuses mean

They say what stage the repair is at and nothing more. We do not quote turnaround times, so a status is a position and not a promise about a date.

If a quote has been sent, it went to the same email address. Check there, including the spam folder.
