Tell us about your device and how it is misbehaving. We reply with a quote before any work begins. $49 diagnostic, credited in full toward any work we do. Nothing is charged if we decline the job, refer it out, or cannot recover your data.

Write it down or take a screenshot now. To check on this repair later you need this number and the email address you just used. One without the other will not open it. If you lose the number, the Check Status page can email it to that address.

Put your ticket number in the box on a slip of paper. Pack it well, and add tracking and insurance for your own protection: we are not responsible for loss or damage while the device is with the carrier.
Shipping is yours both ways. Ask if you would rather we bought you a prepaid label and the cost goes on your final invoice at what we paid. Full shipping terms.
Dropping it off
Drop-off is by arrangement rather than a walk-in counter, so do not set out yet. We will reply to your email to agree a time inside shop hours, Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, and confirm where to meet in High Point, NC 27265.

We have the address you gave us. We will reply to your email to agree a day and a time before anyone sets off.
